CODEX

A CODEX is the ancestor of the modern book. In ancient times, words and images would be inscribed on wax tablets, vellum or papyrus and then stacked together to create a record of something as everyday as household accounts or as archetypal as a Creation Myth. A CODEX was radically unbound, added to, and altered - a living document.

Each - CODEX - is a 3D template holding a story waiting to tell itself to you. Fabricated from constructed paper, card, paint and gold dust, each page is an unfolding narrative between word and image. Pages can stand alone or be added together to create a visual library wall.

Every CODEX is a signed and numbered original.
